Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed at revanostudio.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

RÉVANO is a trading name of Amsterdamseluxe, Zuidgrensweg 11a, 7481 SE Haaksbergen, the Netherlands. KvK 96813229. Email info@revanostudio.nl, phone 06 51807415.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Obvious mistakes in prices or product information do not bind us; if this happens we contact you and you may cancel at no cost.

3. Your order

Your contract with us starts when you receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

4. Payment

You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there. We start processing your order once the payment is received.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

6. Returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel. How this works is in our Refund policy.

7. Product information

We show our products and colours as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour can occur because of screens and because garment-washed fabrics vary piece by piece.

8. Warranty and complaints

You have the legal right to a product that works as you may expect. Report a defect within a reasonable time after you notice it, at info@revanostudio.nl. We answer complaints within 14 days. If we cannot solve it together, you can use the EU online dispute platform.
