Order before midnight (23:59) and your order is delivered in the Netherlands the day after tomorrow. Every order ships from our own stock in the Netherlands.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Not at home?

The carrier tries again or leaves your parcel at a nearby pick-up point. You find the details in the tracking link or on the card left at your door.

Wrong address?

Check your address before you pay. Made a mistake? Email us right away. If your order has not shipped yet we change it for you. If it has shipped, we help you get it redirected where the carrier allows.

Lost or damaged parcel

Your parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered. Let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date if it did not arrive or arrived damaged, with a photo if it is damaged. We send a new item or refund you.
