Not happy with your order? You can return it within 14 days, no reason needed. This page explains exactly how.
Your 14-day right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you choose, receive the item. If one order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.
How to return
- Email info@revanostudio.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you want to return and whether you want a refund or a different size.
- You receive a confirmation from us within one working day.
- Pack the items well, preferably in the original packaging, and send them within 14 days after you told us you want to return them.
- Keep your proof of shipping until your refund is in.

Condition of returned items
You may try items on the way you would in a shop. Items must come back unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags attached. If an item has been used more than needed to judge it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
Return costs. You pay the cost of sending a return back to us, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you paid with. We may wait until the items are back with us or you have shown proof of sending them. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard, we refund only the standard shipping cost.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Return the item for a refund and place a new order straight away, so you are sure of your size while stock lasts.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your legal rights under Dutch and EU consumer law always apply, also after these 14 days.
